For a site with some big hero images and web fonts, it's actually not too bad, but I'm sure we could speed it up some. |
The first thing that I look at is CDN and caching. If we don’t have one, a CDN can really be a quick win to shave some of those milliseconds off. Since we are running on Heroku the Fastly addon could be a really quick win. I've used them before.
