Clean up revealed secrets in SecretRegistry #1442

10000 gas is refunded to someone who sets storage slot to 0. Why store revealed secrets after 100-1000 blocks?

They will never be used again, so something like batchRemove that checks that it was revealed 1000 blocks in the past would be helpful.
