I'm starting to work on #6 but I am running into an issue changing layouts now that jQuery is a dependency.

Are you requiring jQuery a certain way inside of your CKEditor instances? My CMS does not pass jQuery into CKEditor by default, so I get Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function.

Hi,
JQuery is exposed as global variable
