treesitter highlight not working

hi team,
When I set
custom_language_formatting = {
python = {
extension = "qmd",
style = "quarto",
force_ft = "quarto", -- you can set whatever filetype you want here
},
},
in jupytext.nvim, it seemed that when I open a ipynb file, the syntax hight of treesitter is not working.

Any one know why? thanks
