Add text to the FAQ describing the changes in the printed vs online results

Noting that the more data we add some of these plots will be changing (PCoA) and that once the data is re-picked with more recent versions of the GreenGenes database some of the taxonomic assignments will change.

Definitely -- we should also add a brief description/summary of this FAQ
(or at least a link to the perticular FAQ) on the sample overview page so
that people see it
