Receiving mails not relevant to me #433

I have been receiving mails (not that frequently but it's a reproducible) saying Your organization's workshop request on "Month X, XXXX" has been successfully added!. Only to see that it's not my organisation. Below are some screenshots of the actual mail and workshop to make things clear:

  • This is the recent mail I got.

  • This is the workshop detail related to the mail (which is neither an organisation i'm part of):

Lots of people are getting this mail (quite a few number of recipients). Is this an expected behaviour?

Looks to be bug
