pipx and poetry interact with conda

I'm not clearly about the virtual environments.

In ubuntu, are these steps following the best practices?

# step1: install system python via `apt install` or from source, for example, python==3.9.10,
# then don't use that global python install anything else exclude upgrading pip and setuptools.

# step2: install pipx, this step will install pipx in the global python environment,
# and pipx is available globally at `/path/to/python/../pipx`
python -m pip install --user pipx

# step3: install some application, for example poetry.
# This step will make a python==3.9.10 virtual environment for poetry in `~/.local/share/pipx/venvs/poetry`
pipx install poetry
pipx ensurepath

# step4:
poetry new cowsay
cd cowsay
poetry install  # this will also create another python==3.9.10 virtual environment for cowsay

What's the case for conda?

conda create --name test python=3.9
conda activate test
# pipx will be installed in the conda environment `test` and the entrypoint will be `/path/anaconda/envs/test/bin/pipx`,
# so pipx is available only when conda environment `test` has been activate.
conda install pipx

# This step will make a python=3.9 virtual environment for poetry in `~/.local/share/pipx/venvs/poetry`
# and the entrypoint will has a symlink to `~/.local/bin/poetry`, so poetry is global available.
pipx install poetry   
pipx ensurepath
poetry new cowsay
cd cowsay
# This will install cowsay in conda environment `test` because we are in conda virtual environment now
poetry install

Here is my question, when using anaconda, since poetry is global available via ~/.local/bin/poetry, if I have another project need another version of poetry and python. How can I switch the two project seamlessly?
