File dialog for ipynb backend

It would be great to have a file chooser dialog also for the ipynb backend. It could be based on ipyfilechooser maybe.

(Although I do not have enough insight to see if the way how ipyfilechooser collects its output is compatible with the way magicgui widgets work...)

Thanks @imagejan. I agree, good feature request. Let me know if you are interested in implementing and I can try to provide some tips. If you're too busy, that's fine, I'll try to get to it eventually. Would be nice to try to do it without taking on an additional dependency if possible.

Bumping this to say that this is a useful feature. Magicgui is a bit over my head still, but I'd definitely try to work on it if given a few pointers.
