Add .zenodo file so we can capture other contributions on our next release

The downside is remembering to add people as they contribute to the DOI. The upside is we can include people who didn't commit but did contribute to our DOI!! I'd imagine in the future we could create a small ci workshop that parses all the contribs data and pulls out names to add to the zenodo file.
