The following items have to be completed before the release:

Silence Address decoder
Simplify configuration procedure: do not lock up when the budget is specified after the period
Assert if the buffer is not large enough for a fragmentation length
Reduce number of AW's stored in buffer to 2
Burst splitter should only check modifyable iff fragmentation size is smaller than 16.
