Make it easy to develop for sfi.ru:

Clear documentation how to install Docker and get things running on different platforms
Bring all commands needed to init frontend dev tools into one script, let it be init.sh for now
Documentation how to init development environment and how to work with site: document Grunt script and other essential stuff
