Not a huge deal and seems like the default url/naming method used by sites like Genius.com, but I noticed that Musixmatch, in particular, tends to strip '&' entirely ("She & Him" > "she-him"), unless it's something like "Fitz & the Tantrums", then they'll swap '&' with 'and'. Anyway, might be handy to make it configurable per provider.
I also posted a couple provider configs on the MusicBee forum (including Musixmatch), if you want to reference (contains code comments specifically re: &/and). Thanks!
