Support for https port for service

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

currently http port is configured in kafka-ui service and we have tried to use 8443 for https but not working.
and also in service.yaml this is present targetPort: http and due to this when we deployed on AWS ingress is not opened , and then we change value to port it work.

Expected behavior

SSL should support

This is definitely not an issue, converting to a discussion.
SSL should be either terminated at a reverse proxy (recommended way) or alternatively, you can do this at the app's level: refer here

i can see kafka-ui service is working on 8080 port can we use 8443 port instead.
