Change AdminClient config with a docker image

Is there any way to change the AdminClientConfig from kafka-ui Docker Image?

If possible I would like to change the 3 parameters described bellow.

At startup the config properties are being logged out, a dummy removed from the post #2429 bellow.

Have you tried overriding these like this:
KAFKA_CLUSTERS_0_PROPERTIES_<adminclient_property_name>: <value>?
Like
ssl.truststore.password -> KAFKA_CLUSTERS_0_PROPERTIES_SSL_TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD
