Freeze all accounts of a player.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow a specific job, and rank to freeze a players accounts, so the court system can freeze accounts, if a person tryes to dodge the court cases, and got dept to the society.

How would this work for shared accounts?

If a person is on a shared account, his follow mates, are locked out to, so thats the punishment.

But, what if you're not the owner? So you'll always be able to use the shared account.

Hmm a better way, just block there access to do anything bank related, that way you avoide issues with shared accounts and not being owner.

And if they are the owner of the acc, the acount will be frozen totaly.
