Bitcoin Core account system is very confusing but many applications take advantage of accounts. This issue is for discussing how Bitcoin Core like accounts should be implemented.

If you want to implement support for fully isolated wallets, then open a new issue for it and let this issue serve the purpose of implementing account support.
