Use options without descriptions but with images

When the options have images but no descriptions, after an item is selected, the dropdown gets bigger, much bigger than the options rows. The code does not handle the image and text only case. The problem happens when in the adjustSelectedHeight function.

Apparently, the repo owner is not active anymore. I created my own version by removing the code related to 'description' part and applying some fixes still not merged. The fork is here: www.github.com/lunrfarsde/ddslick
