could you provide the list of proteins that have zinc-binding sites based on UniProt?

There are some binding sites with annotations like this:

BINDING 229; /ligand="Zn(2+)"; /ligand_id="ChEBI:CHEBI:29105"; /ligand_note="catalytic"; /evidence="ECO:0000250";

Are those the ones you're after?

(That annotation is for SPAC17A5.04c)

Task:
1: Check the source and ask UniProt if these are suitable for GO zinc binding (or why they don't get included in the rule base)
