Prepare a landing page, i.e., README.md, that has

  • proper badges for CI builds on different platforms, code coverage, and the documentation,
  • short description on what polo is and how to install it,
  • link(s) to the arXiv and OO papers, and,
  • links to contribution guidelines, issue and PR templates.
