The Requester already provides request time data but it is not passed between Evaluator and Manager.
We need to get this data into the manager to allow a response time calculation, including the Tokens per Second and average time of each reward.

Leaving out tokens per second from this PR, it is not straightforward to add to the current structure and maybe it is not correct to do so.
