• Incentivize new users to onboard to Shannon Beta TestNet
• Start preparing post Beta TestNet work + path to MainNet

• A blog post announcing Beta TestNet and next steps

• Any hands-on tactical work/changes
• Concrete details of Beta TestNet incentives
