Is your feature request tiralorelated to a problem? Please describe.
New RC and other env releases are not automatized for being deployed to homebrew.
Also RC's are being deployed manually to our pocket-core image repo

Describe the solution you'd like
Pipeline refactor that supports multiple deployments (homebrew/docker) given the environment

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create a circleci pipeline on this repo triggered from pocket-core repo in order to build the docker image and create the homebrew release
