Upgrade issue: pre-upgrade custom block plugins can't be edited or deleted

If I have a journal that had custom blocks created in OJS 2, they can't seem to be edited or deleted after upgrade to OJS 3. To replicate:

1. upgrade a 2.4.x version of OJS that has previously-created custom blocks;
2. go to Settings -> Website -> Plugins -> Custom Block Manager -> "Manage Custom Blocks", and click "Edit" or "Delete" for any previously-created block. Nothing will happen.

NB: this does not affect new blocks. They can be edited and deleted just fine.

It's because the 2.x block plugins contain spaces in their names, which is not allowed by the new version of the plugin. Leaving for 3.0.
