Add Shibboleth as Login Provider?

Describe the problem you would like to solve
Would it make sense to include Shibboleth as a login provider? Strictly speaking that's not open id, but it might be convenient for users to manage all login methods in one plugin rather than have the Shib plugin separately.
Additionally, user data like name, email, ORCID iD could be transferred via Shib.

Note: this is just for a quick reference as the branch already includes some other features as well.
