When attempting to pull a tree get the error:

The website was working a few weeks ago.

Hi @jwiggi18 , can you provide the input and the service name that caused this error? Knowing the input and service will help debugging the issue.

Hi @jwiggi18 , I found your input and service from my log. The issue was related to one of the dependent services (GNR) to get common names. GNR service url has changed and because of that there was an HTTP connection error. I have fixed it by changing the old url to new url. Your input should work now.
