Motion sensors

Hello there,

This is basically a re-opening of issue #21 that had been closed without action as the integration of motion sensors were no longer needed at that time.

The motion sensors are available as binary sensors and also the combined switches are available as a second device. However, I experience a delay of 10 - 20 seconds before the state switches in HA after the sensors detect motion physically (indicated by a red light at the sensor itself). I moved over from the iobroker and know from experience with that system that the sensors are capable of transmitting the state-change without delay.

As the motion sensors are not included in the list of supported devices, I am wondering if that has to do with the way these sensors are (not) integrated. Getting rid of the delay would really be the icing on the cake of this fantastic integration for the Rademacher products.

P.S. There was another request added just recently to #21 that I am just pulling over: Ist there any Chance to integrate the Switch in the device for Automatic and Manual Mode of the sensor?
