With Sideloadly I see this when setting auto-refresh:
Install failed: Guru Meditation 8d61e2@1078:2d389a [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp3mb2nc30-Pebble.ipa'

It is accompanied by detection of Trojan:Script/Sabsik.FL.A!ml

I did not see this on initial install

Where are you downloading the pebble.ipa from? Also, if it's a Sideloadly issue, I would recommend going to Sideloadly for help. Pebble is not associated with Sideloadly.
