Folders view doesn't update when documents added #652

Upload a folder
Add "Folders" view
Add more documents

Expected: new documents appear in Folders view.
Actual: They don't.
Workaround: create a new Folders view. Delete the old one if you like.

Suspect same is true of Entities view.
