Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am not sure if PLCC will detect if a project is a PLCC project if it was not created with Intellij

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement ProjectStructureDetector where if you see a .plcc file or a grammar file, you know it is a PLCC project

Describe alternatives you've considered
One can just create a new PLCC project and copy their files into it
