Permalinks Friendly url Problem when language is not English

hello everyone ,
I got problem with permalinks after.When enable friendly urls,the root site is okey but any link showing error 'The page isn't redirecting properly' and can't load anything. When it's disable, the site working normal .
It works fine when the categories and the ad itself is English but it doesn't work when I switch to something like Farsi and Arabic.
I think it's a problem with language, because it works in English .
I was using Linux host then I decided to fix it with Windows host which didn't work

Can't reproduce this bug, and it was reported couple of times before: #2300
It has to be something with server environment. Try with another hosting company is my best advice.
