test: Re-enable disabled tests

During bumps, migrations and rewrites some tests in our test suite were disabled (like Repositories edit mode modal pops up when deselecting previously used repository in Repositories.test.tsx. We should review all of those, enable what can be enabled and update/rewrite what would fail.
