Datatable customization with design tokens

Hi, I wanted to change my header cell's background color but it doesn't seem like changing. Am I doing something wrong?

components: {
   datatable: {
      row: {background: '{red.500}'},
      header: {background: '{red.500}', cell: {background: '{red.500}'}},
   }
}

row and header bg is changing but i could not manage to change the header cell's background.

when I inspect the variables, I saw that the new color is overridden.
