v18 DatePicker: z-index removed after using < > buttons for navigation, causing calendar to render under nearby elements

Hi,

I'm using the v18 DatePicker component. After navigating using < or > buttons, the z-index is removed from the calendar panel and it is rendered below nearby elements. This appears to only affect the v18 code; v17 is working correctly.

Just found this in the repo Issues board, so closing this because it's a known bug.
