newb question: How does Chat Complete work?

Hi, I am trying to build an AI application with Orama. I'm totally confused by a few things. First up, in your Chat Completion Request, you have Chat params. Where does the answer from the chat come from? Is the answer generated from the vector database in Orama or just generated by querying Open AI? If only Open AI, what is the benefit of using Orama vs just something like Cloudflare Workers directly. Is it only the OramProxy?
