I went and read the discussions and bug reports using "RAK19007" as a search, the result link follows;

And found (along with much "stuff") this thread;

Dry reading indeed, I'm not a programmer so the slow pace that conclusions are arrived at is tedious... But, my take-away is that LED behavior is partly due to the firmware monitoring power and battery stuff and providing status of operation for the system as it functions. I didn't see anything that described exactly what you are seeing but I didn't read all that was offered. I use a Heltec so I was not gathering any information I could actually use. Perhaps the links I "found" will drift you into a solution... at least a starting point?

Green light shows activity (like a hard drive) Lora, file system activity etc.

Yes thanks. But on reset it seems to be on for longer and so appear brighter. I was looking to know what the circuit does.
