Display Description Inline @Board

I see this was an old request from 2018. I also wanted it. So I (in all laziness) butchered the "show subtasks inline" plugin to also show the description inline: copy and pasted the underneath on top of plugins/SubtasksOnBoard/Template/board/subtasklist.php
