Switch from Personal to Teams got problem

I'm not really sure where to get help on this. So I write here. The situation is: I started with CodeMagic to do some trial for my team, so the app of my team was originally register under my Personal Team, then I see CodeMagic are suite well with us, but some feature required the Billing Enabled team plan. I ask my supervisor to create the Business team and enable the billing.

Then, I transfer the previous created app to the business billing-enabled team, my supervisor added me as owner of the business team too.

But seem like the business/billing-enabled feature not enabled.

Please advise.

The glue which give me the ideas of billing enabled feature not enabled:

• no in-app chat for support
• no option to switch to automatic code sign for iOS

Hi, I am not sure if I understand you correctly but seems like you have moved to teams but you are not able to find the features supporting the billing. Can you please share the team id or app id, so I can look into it in detail?

yes, the app id 63478c4e896f9f11ccb6c48a originally created in my Personal team and now moved to billing enabled team 634829c722ff8dd9f0147044

I see the app is successfully moved to Team account, but what is the issue you are facing?

As what I understand after billing enabled, I can ask gor support with in-app chat, but I didnt see in-app chat.

I also looking for the option to switch to iOS automatic code signing, but it only have the option to upload the cert and provision profile, no automatic option. I try to connect with api keys, then I can create the cert, but the provision profile I can't create, either no UI or the workflow raise error that not able to find the provision profile even with --create flag

Check if you have any ad-blockers in your browser, which can disable the in-app chat widget shown on the right-hand side bottom corner of codemagic page.

Thank you for your support, the chat widget shows up after I disable the ad blocker. I will try out the automatic code signing as per the document you have given. But seem like the document organization is not easy to find
