Trying to automate the process completely does not really work, as many repositories do not have any changes, some are empty.

We can still use the scraping script but I plan to change to do the following:

The script adds newly found repos to the tweaks.json file, maybe with an invalid date which indicates it has not been checked.
Next we should look into tweaks.json
- find invalid dates and repos that have commits after the valid date (maybe they were inactive and that changed)
- replace with the current date
- if it's worth displaying, write a description
- if not, set hidden: true
