ISE is thrown on the Claim Records Details page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I claimed "Higginsville Housing Authority"
2. Next I unclaimed this Organization
3. I went to the claim modal and I opened "Higginsville Housing Authority" Details page.
4. ISE is thrown

ISE is thrown on the Claim Records Details page.
