Description

Stakeholder feedback has suggested the need for more clarity around the state of the project. The general feedback was that it looks very polished and "complete," and our concern is that visitors won't realize this is a work-in-progress with potential issues and even errors.

Potential solution

Add a persistent "warning" alert to the header above the nav menu that reads "This site is a work in progress and may contain errors or bugs. Submit an issue."
