JSON Settings Editor and Loader

Add a feature to the IDE that will allow users to open a JSON file on the camera disk and create a GUI out of that. The GUI settings can then be modified and saved. The OpenMV Cam firmware can then load the settings file via JSON object parsing and turn that into a dictionary. This allows non-real-time settings to be shared between devices.
