I have configured the Magento Instance in OpenERP 7 to only import specific orders statuses yet all order states are being imported. Is there anything else I have to configure?

Also when I attempt to upload via Filezilla a new version of magento_.py to the server I get magento_integration/magento.py: open for write: permission denied even though I have CHMOD the security settings to 777 and stopped the Apache server. I can upload other modules such as sale.py OK. Am I missing something?
