2014 Gonzales total registered voters is incorrect

Seems like SOS sent an incorrect raw file - according to this the total registered should be 12k, not 3700. I suspect they swapped raw votes and registration when they sent out the data. I don't have another source for precinct level results, but can look for one. I am adding a plug on my raw file so it doesn't skew my analysis... happy to push that if helpful but also happy to have that as a local change.
