Convert 2008 Precinct Results

Using Tabula (or some other method), convert precinct-level results from the following 2008 elections in the Oklahoma sources repository into CSV files.

The goal is to create a single CSV file for each election, with the following headers:

county, precinct, office, district, party, candidate, votes

See the 2016 statewide precinct file for the general election as an example.

For the following offices: President, U.S. Senate, U.S. House, Corporation Commissioner, State Senate, State House.
