udata-tabular-preview currently supports the MIME type application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet.
Nonetheless, some open data producers publish ods spreadsheets with the MIME type application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet.

Could this MIME type be supported by udata-tabular-preview? Could it be easily implemented by just adding the new MIME type to https://github.com/opendatateam/udata-tabular-preview/blob/master/udata_tabular_preview/settings.py?

Unfortunately, I don't think the library we use https://github.com/wireservice/agate-excel supports (Libre|Open)Office documents :-/
