Fix inconsistent parameters between crtSignedContainers and create-container #30

-f --flags in crtSignedContainers.sh is a passthrough option for -f --hw-flags in create-container.c

It is probably a good idea to keep them consistent, especially since #29 adds --sw-flag to crtSignedContainers.sh.
