Write credit page in performous wiki

Suggestion

We need a credit page (in performous wiki) to mention all the people and driving forces that worked for performous.

Use case

• Give credit to developers and all involved people.
• there is no ingame credit screen yet
• ensures professional image of project
• it's more likely that developers join

I know you got a lot to do, but if you got some time in the next two month would you mind editing the credit page for performous wiki? Or maybe the other devs may help as well. 🙂

I set up a wiki page to credit all the contributors that work for performous. Right now it's more a template and empty. Yet it's a good start and good enough to thinking about proper roles and tasks. You propably know best who did what in the last years.
