WPF Tests

DefaultWPFApplication

A standard no-change application that targets .NET 4, .NET 4.5, .NET 4.6, .NET 4.6.2, .NET 4.7 and .NET 8. This is to perform any tests on an environment to check it supports the flavour of .NET correctly.
