userinfo endpoint does not return email_verified field

Here is a struct that is expected by oidc provider

And here is a struct in mockoidc that will convert to json.

And we can find that it misses email_verified field

Same with subject field

I have encountered the same issue for the subject field, basically the mockUserInfo object also need the subject field.
