Problem with the export of collaborative document.

In exporting the titles with accents are incorrectly encoded, but in the text all is ok.

Confirmed that this is an issue in headings only. Assigning to @simong for fix.

@simong : Is this something that was fixed in the Etherpad upgrade by any chance?

It should definitely have helped with etherpad suddenly stopping to process export requests. I'll close this ticket. Feel free to re-open if you are still seeing this.

Looks like this is still an issue. I just tried exporting an Etherpad document with access in the title and it came back garbled.
